Shipping & Delivery
Placing an order at prettyhotstuff.com is fun and easy. You can order online with confidence and privacy. Plus, we ship our items in discreet packaging so that you have a 100% safe shopping experience guaranteed. Orders usually take 24 - 48  business hours to process once they have been placed before it is shipped (regardless of the method of shipping chosen at checkout). Please allow more time for processing during holiday season(s).

Our orders are shipped through USPS to anywhere the US Post Office ships to, including P.O. Box, APO/FPO, etc. We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience:

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business days

- Two-Day Shipping: 1-2 Business days*

*Two-Day Shipping is available only to Continental U.S. street addresses. No Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Box, or U.S. Protectorates. Signature is required, so please make sure someone is present at time of delivery.

 For all shipping options, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been discreetly shipped.

Returns & Replacements

We strive to bring you the best quality items at the lowest prices.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please follow the instructions below on how to return or exchange an item. At prettyhotstuff.com  we do our best to handle these issues in a timely manner.

Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@prettyhotstuff.com and they will be happy to help you with an RMA for return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. The return items for return or exchange must be:

          - Unworn or without signs of wear

          - Not missing any content

          - In orginal packaging

You are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that if the returned item is in lesser condition than it was originally sent out, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.
